nature of the service

KSOU FLOW is an entertainment app offering symbolic Lenormand readings. Interpretations are provided for entertainment and informational purposes; they are not predictions, professional advice, or instructions for action.

data we process

• email address, account identifier, and session data used for registration, sign-in, and account recovery;
• name, birth date and time, birth city, and current city, only when provided voluntarily;
• question text, selected cards, interpretations, follow-up questions, and reading history;
• support requests and information included in them;
• technical request, error, app-version, and device information required for security and diagnostics.

how we use data

• to create and maintain your account;
• to generate readings and answers;
• to save your history and settings;
• to provide support, prevent abuse, and fix errors;
• to protect the security and stability of the service.

service providers

• Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage services;
• Cloudflare Workers processes server requests and helps protect the service;
• DeepSeek and, in some configurations, OpenAI generate written interpretations. The question text, selected cards, and context required to produce an answer may be sent to these providers;
• Email providers process the sender address, subject, message text, and user-provided attachments when support is contacted by email.

providers receive only the data required for their function and process it under their own terms and privacy policies.

advertising and payments

KSOU FLOW contains no advertising and does not use advertising identifiers. The app may offer paid digital features in the future. Applicable terms, prices, payment methods, and refund arrangements will be shown before a purchase and published before payment features are launched.

retention and security

account data and history are retained while the account is active or as needed to provide requested features. Data is transmitted over secure connections, and server access is restricted through authentication and permissions.

infrastructure providers may temporarily retain technical logs for security and diagnostics. After account deletion, residual copies in logs and backups may remain until the relevant provider's standard retention cycle completes. We do not sell personal data.

account and data deletion

delete your account in the app under profile → delete account, or use the account deletion page.

deletion removes the account, profile, questions, readings, history, balance, referral data, and requests created inside the app. To prevent repeated signup bonuses, an irreversible email hash and a technical deletion identifier are retained indefinitely without the email address, name, or reading history. Messages sent to the external support mailbox are not deleted automatically; their deletion can be requested separately.
