account deletion
KSOU FLOW users can delete their account and associated data in the app or submit a request on this page.
delete in the app
open profile → delete account and confirm. Deletion starts immediately and does not require support.
request deletion without the app
email us from the address registered to the account. We may ask you to confirm ownership, but we will never ask for your password or sign-in code.
requests are processed within 30 days after account ownership is confirmed.
data deleted
- account and profile, including voluntarily provided profile data;
- questions, readings, and history;
- balance, referral data, settings, and requests created inside the app.
an irreversible email hash and a technical deletion identifier are retained indefinitely to prevent repeated signup bonuses, without the email address, name, or reading history. Residual copies in logs and backups may remain until the provider's standard retention cycle completes. Messages sent to the external support mailbox are deleted on separate request.
